One Two Pru is thrilled to announce that our landmark office and retail complex has been renewed for its WELL Health-Safety Rating and, for the second year in a row, has achieved RESET Air Certification for Core & Shell (CS). Health and wellness have been at the forefront of One Two Pru’s reimagination and we’re honored to have earned two of the most important seals of approval from the world’s leading experts in health, safety and air quality.
Developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating that underscores enhanced performance in cleaning and sanitation, emergency preparedness, health service resources, and air and water quality management. In 2021, One Two Pru became one of the first buildings in the country to achieve this now-coveted certification to ensure a safe return-to-office experience for our tenants and their employees.
RESET Air is the world’s first sensor-based, performance-driven building certification program where indoor air quality (IAQ) is monitored and measured in real-time. When One Two Pru first achieved RESET Air Certification in 2021, our iconic Chicago destination became the largest commercial building in the world to attain certification — and remains as such today. Tenants are able to view the building’s performance data in real-time on our Live Air Quality Dashboard which is displayed in the lobby of the building.
