Our 11th-floor amenity space — already boasting a café, lounges, a cocktail bar, and more — is getting even better. We’re knocking down walls and expanding this all-day destination to stretch across One and Two Pru to create an entirely new experience. The upgraded amenity floor features an expanded tenant lounge, golf simulators and an entertainment lounge, an enhanced rooftop terrace, and a 22,000 SF state-of-the-art conference center that doubles as a pre- and post-function space for events. In all, it will bring Pru's amenity space to 72,000 RSF of space to work, relax, and celebrate.
A 7,000 SF terrace above the park with lakefront and skyline views, a grassy lawn, multiple lounge spaces, amphitheater seating, and an Airstream food truck throughout spring, summer and fall.
A 23,000 SF lounge space with craft cuisine and coffee, a variety of spaces and places for tenants to work and relax, a dedicated concierge, and multiple state-of-the-art, flexible workspaces.
A 11,626 SF fitness center managed by LifeStart with robust cardio and strength training equipment, a cycling studio with Peloton bikes, fully appointed locker rooms, one-on-one training, expert nutritional guidance and fitness classes.
One of the only pet-friendly office amenities in all of downtown Chicago, Wooftop Terrace provides a dedicated relief area for the dogs of Pru. This 15’ by 20’ astroturfed space is enzyme cleaned multiple times per day and equipped with pet supplies. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
The Nest is a sanctuary for nursing parents, featuring a lounge and three private rooms equipped with hospital-grade pumps, accessories, refrigeration, storage and more. Rooms can be reserved in advance using the Pru app.
Get back to nature on our plaza, a public park with outdoor seating, a fountain, and beautiful greenery. It sure beats a desk plant.
