This past May, One Two Pru welcomed its latest retail tenant Just Salad — an eatery dedicated to cultivating healthier lifestyles by serving wholesome food at an affordable price.
Open in our Lake Street Lobby from Monday through Friday, Just Salad expands One Two Pru’s healthy dining options for on-site tenants and visitors alike, with additional catering and delivery options for meetings, conferences and functions.
The addition of Just Salad to One Two Pru’s ground-floor level is an important part of Sterling Bay’s repositioning of the property’s retail amenities, delivering tenant requests for healthy, fast-casual meal options and fulfilling a commitment to more ethical and sustainable dining.
Just Salad champions purposeful dining — from their reusable bowls to their carbon labels and what they call a “climate-conscious menu,” the intentionality is all in the details and we’re excited for everyone living in and around One Two Pru to try their hearty selection of salads, bowls, wraps and more.
