The one-and-only motorsports organization NASCAR decided to shift gears recently, choosing Pru as its Midwest headquarters. This decision happened ahead of NASCAR’s first-ever street race, kicking off on July 4th weekend in Chicago as part of a three-year deal. Pru is thrilled to be a part of NASCAR’s next chapter, offering everything an innovative business like this needs to succeed and thrive.

Pru is already home to some of the world’s top brands and organizations, spanning sporting goods, music, technology, finance, marketing, retail and beyond. You’ll find Pandora, American Movie Classics, Wilson Sporting Goods, The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and Amazon Go all at Chicago’s most prestigious address.

Paramount in NASCAR’s location choice was Pru’s iconic seat in the heart of The Loop, across from Grant Park, where the 2.2-mile race will take place. The building is a go-to place for today’s most innovative global brands, and its central location and modern amenities make it an ideal home for an industry-leading company like NASCAR. The building’s prime location provides easy access to the best of Chicago, including shopping, dining, entertainment and more.

Not only will NASCAR’s big move be a milestone for Pru, but also a significant win for Chicago as a whole, bringing even more attention and excitement to the area. With the first segment of the new race series coming this summer, fans worldwide will be flocking to Chicago to experience this historic event. Pru tenants will get exclusive seating themselves with prime views of the race course just outside their windows.

Legendary location, world-class amenities and a drive for innovation—NASCAR will be right at home at Pru. Don’t miss out on the fast-paced thrills set to take place in July. Find more information and tickets here. NASCAR fans and auto enthusiasts, we’ll see you on race day.
