On February 21, The View Café will unveil its exclusive bar offering everything from handcrafted cocktails to draft beer, wine and bar bites — all available Monday through Friday from 12pm to 7pm*. Whether entertaining clients or kicking back with colleagues, consider The View Café & Bar your new after-hours hotspot.
Behind the bar you’ll find our newest team member, Aidan Eubanks. A lifelong student of the culinary arts, Aidan began his career at just 15 years old in Washington, D.C., working his way across numerous positions in kitchens, bars and cafés — ultimately finding his sweet spot as a mixologist. Outside of The View Café & Bar, Aidan is also a musician and producer, and operates a recording studio in Bridgeport. You can find him playing in multiple bands and organizing shows across Chicago’s vibrant DIY music scene.
Aidan will be mixing up everything from negronis to espresso martinis to a special mocktail — or, you can pave your own way with our full list of spirits. For those who prefer beer and wine, choose from three draft brews, one draft rosé and a sommelier-approved collection of whites and reds by the glass. And let’s not forget about the snacks.
